EMERGING TALENT Captures First Graded Stakes in G1 Event

EMERGING TALENT (ARG) got his first Graded stakes win and it was at the highest level taking the one mile G1 Gran Premio Joaquin V. Gonzalez (GBT) by a neck at La Plata. The 5-year-old horse by BROKEN VOW defeated 10 rivals, including several Graded stakes winners. Also this year, EMERGING TALENT placed in the G3 9 De Julio Dia De La Independe, the G3 Hipodromo de La Plata and the Listed Jockey Club de Venezuela. Last year he put together a three-race win streak that culminated with a victory in the Listed Jockey Club de Venezuela. His dam Truth Seeking, by Seeking the Gold, was bred and raced by Moyglare Stud and won a one mile turf event at Leopardstown, Ireland, before being purchased for $75,000 out of the 2010 Keeneland November Sale as a racing/broodmare prospect by Alberto Figueiredo Neto, agent.
