The horse, now a ‘TDN Rising Star,’ outperformed Deep Flame in a thrilling finish, showcasing strong competition and pedigree.

Parchment Party began his 2026 campaign successfully by winning the Temperance Hill Stakes at Oaklawn Park. This seasoned runner, trained by Bill Mott, previously triumphed in the Belmont Gold Cup and Birdstone Stakes.

Chaos Agent impressed in his career debut, winning an 8 1/2-furlong maiden special weight at Gulfstream’s all-weather surface. Trained by Josie Carroll, he took the lead in the stretch to win by 1 1/2 lengths. The 3-year-old is sired by Independence Hall and bred in Kentucky.

Pass The Hat had an impressive start to 2026, winning his first race at Gulfstream Park in his 5-year-old debut. Ridden by Junior Alvarado and trained by Bill Mott, he executed a strong late run, finishing in 1:39.87 and crossing the line 2 3/4 lengths ahead of the competition.

Steeze, a 3-year-old colt by Vekoma, won a $43,000 maiden special weight race at Gulfstream Park, marking trainer Riley Mott’s 100th victory since November 2022. Jockey Junior Alvarado expertly guided Steeze to a 5 1/2-length win, following a second and third place finish earlier this year.
